I picked up a tap & die set and a workbench, both look half decent and a very good price.

That workbench looks a good buy, I have a Black & Decker one that the wood clamps are all broken on and I imagine replacing them would be more
expensive that buying this one.

The heater is not worth the hassle of being poisoned whilst funding big gas bills. I have very sensitive lungs and that thing made me mega ill.
