Update on xbox
10 things you didn't know about the 360

10 things you didn't know about the 360
* Wireless isn't built-in, you have to add it via a little USB widget that plugs into the back and comes bundled with the £280 package.
* The high-def picture looks amazing on a high-def projector. Part of the reason we're bleary-eyed today is that we spent so much time
gazing at the picture quality. A 200 inch image in 720p looks frighteningly like real life.
* To get online wirelessly, typing a WPA key takes ages. It's not Microsoft's fault, but setting up Wi-Fi is still an arse, especially
when you're inputting network settings without a keyboard.
* The controller is comfy and has no lag whatsoever. A big pat on the back for the designer of the gamepad. It's very good: the right size,
with buttons falling nicely to fingers. The wireless element works without a hitch.
* It has the hugest mains adapter in the world. Yeah, you didn't tell us about this, did you Microsoft? The 360 comes equipped with a mains
adapter about the size of a 2 little bottle of fizzy pop. We don't mind, but thought you might like to know in case you have a
giganto-transformer-phobia.

warning dont tuck the mains adapter away where it will get no air as they get very hot and cause it to crash alot, they are fine aslong as they arent
tucked up behind the tv or next to a radiator though.

They are probably covering themselves with the adaptor. We had to get a replacement cable for our original box because there were reports that some
PSU's had been overheating and causing fires, so they declared a design flaw and reissued cables to early boxes.
