I would
a) not mention it to insurance - good idea
b) buy a new chassis - it will ease your mind, won't cost a fortune, and you can powdercoat it and put all the other parts on gradually.
You'll have an almost new car again!
This is just me, because a patch job will always be just that.

If the insurance doesn't get involved/told did the accident officially happen? If so you could always do the above and technically
nothing's happened.
One accident in 20 years? Wow that's good going, I banged my first car on the first day! Law of averages state it was coming..

The last photo is the smoking gun - a massive gash in the tyre sidewall and tread, which caused the spin
