I want to contact the seller about the harnesses.
Just signed up, but it says it could take up to 28 days to be able to post

No need to wait 28 days, just make a fuss about being discriminatory about foreigners or something, and you'll be in like Flynn! Perhaps
there's a foreigner in your family history or something.

I am a member of the forum but as far as I know you can't post in the for sale section even after 28 days unless you are also a member of WSCC
(the club itself).
If you click the Contact button there is an option to send a PM (=U2U) - not sure if there's a waiting period for that as well, but worth a try.
