Oil & Fluid extractor vac pump

Fed up with the mess of handling dirty oil --- I have just ordered one of these Seago Vacuum Oil Changer Pump £23.00 + vat + p&p
from Duncan Yacht Chandlers in Glasgow
Only 4 ltre capacity a lot cheaper than anywhere else especially Sealey brand

Nice!! Could have done one of those today when emptying out my Locost radiator coolant (couldn't get to the bottom hose without taking the nosecone off which is a bit of a faff). Ended up popping some syphon tubing down the hose and syphoning it. Worked well..... (just had to be careful not to glug a whole load of ethylene gylcol).... A bit slow though (narrow bore tubing)....

Very handy things especially if you are doing an oil change on a smart car as they dont have drain plugs
