bike spedo problems

I install the bike speedometer in the front tyre, but the speed is not correct, I cheek with my GPS and, there are 10 or 20 km p/h over, how can I fix it?
my rims are 14 "and the sensor is installed on the rim, I suspect that the problem must be there.
Any idea.

Cheers

You will need a speedo healer, look up Healtec Speedo Healer on the internet.

Is this a bicycle speedo we're talking about? If so you need to set it to the rolling circumference of the tyre. Should say how in the instructions.
