Why does he have to write so large?
Also "...there is absolutly NO rust on this vehicle..." and "...surface rust spot on door hinge..."
It may have no rust but what an orange peel paint finish!
Also, DVLA might only want it to have an inspection but it looks like IVA material to me

So when it's inspected will it just be a look to determin what type of reg it has or will it be (as it surely should?) an IVA? Do you think it
might need to be tweeked a bit to get through an IVA?

Don't think that's orange peel finish, it looks more like hammered finish!

wouldn't be so bad if the back was re done, and the front re done with a proper mini front end, extended and rewelded as necessary. would it?
