Anybody heard of this company?

Carriage charge could be a bit of a problem but it does seem too cheap!

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

I /knew/ I had heard of them before from somewhere
I think I also recall someone sugesting that the abstract glowing reviews on there (that stick out like sore thumbs in the sea of horror stories TBH)
were planted by M99 to try and make themselves not look like complete scammers...epic fail
I personally have never used them and I don't think I ever would

It looks really thin fibreglass too. Wouldn't touch it or them with a barge poll

Non Reccommendation for M99
About 3 months ago I placed an internet order with them for for a small fan heater intending to use it for demisting.
The order acknowledgement was emailed to me and my card debited, but the goods did not arrive.
I emailed then 5 or so times and phoned their order line numerous times, but it always swithed off at the end of a long recorded message.
Their website says they do not answer emails if the questions are covered in their FAQ's. They would not communicate so after a month I
contacted the credit card company who got me a refund.
