Mini Empty CO2 Gas Cylinder wanted
As title I am after one of the small disposable cylinders, about 1L in size and the type you get from halfords / machine mart ect.
Any one close to Spalding Lincs got one or two they want rid of ?
Thanks in advance

If you're stuck I've around 10 of them up here. Too good to just chuck.

doing some welding for my mate during the week, knowing my luck, i'll have one spare then lol
what can you do with them when they're empty?
and what would happen if you just breathed on a weld? is there enough CO2 and other inert gasses?

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

I used to refill them with a hundred bar of nitrogen - bit dodgy but it worked for me.
Must admit I was a bit nervous the first time in case it went pop.

So it isn'y just me who has thought about this seems like a very sensible plan!
I also thought about a fire extinguisher (I can get out of date ones sometimes) but they have a funny plastic coating inside, which may be a very bad
thing......
