just noticed it is an auto. Out of interest for myself, is it possible to buy this and bolt a manual box straight to it? Is the type 9 up to the job for say max 250bhp. I'm beginning to float the idea of upgrading my pinto...

T9 needs an adaptor bellhousing.

You'll also need an ST150 or 1.8 focus flywheel and then a zetec clutch.

Std T9 will take 250bhp yes
