may i ask why the fuel indicator is half way when disconnected?

Mine did that too, wasn't a problem just seem to stay where it was last.

hi
10rd - there is nothing wrong with fuel gauge. not sure why gauge reads like that
adrian - still want to do bike carbs but got a bit stuck. going to stoneleigh on monday so hope to spot a few conversions there and have a chat with
few people. hopefully come bit clearer
