a bit of a strange sale imho

engine producing 166BHP on dyno, but no inletmanifold, flywheel or exhaust manifold Last time i checked you really need those things to get an engine running

probably still a good engine, but figures don't count without the missing bits

Not sure I follow Werner???

Its an engine... it's had work done to it... it produced 166bhp when last dyno'd.

It's like saying that the figures don't count because there's no fuel included in the sale to run it on.

I think he is trying to state that the engine may not produce that power again unless you match or get the same inlet and exhaust. As we all know engines and the ins \ outs are all turned to each other when mapped. Different sized bits produce different power curves.

You can get the whole car for a 1/3rd of that price. 99p, £10, or free for 1.8 zetecs...
