I'm glad he's made the inertia more comfortable

I've got a little list-- I've got a little list
Of society offenders who might well be underground,
And who never would be missed-- who never would be missed!

"This car is almost complete and does not need a great deal of work to get the car on the road."
Yeah sure, then why do the pictures show a car that is probably about a third of the way though the build in terms of hours needing to be spent?

It says its bassed on a dax but made by a kitcar firm.
The name of the firm is on the tip of my tongue.
They where about around five years ago. The whole chassis had really nice laser cut plates and bent round tubing but the welding wasnt great.
They had bent tube rose jointed wishbones. They made some really nice looking billit front rack mounts.
So to sum up not a dax

I did think that it was not a Dax.
Dax always have that fugly roll bar that is wonkey. Makes the car look like it has already been rolled!
(edit as I missed the NOT in the first line)

Track days ARE the best thing since sliced bread, until I get a supercharger that is!

It is a rather nice inertia!
And those Gaz shocks... best on the market*!
*Assuming you discount Penske's, Ohlins, WP's, Intrax, etc!
Gentle joshing aside... I think it looks good and seems well worth the money!

Either that or you don't care about the passenger! I agree about the fugly, and would add daft to that.

unless the rollbar is high and triangulated it isn't going to be of any benefit to either the driver or passenger in the event of a roll.
I'd suggest most of the rollbars on people's kits are irrelevant.

I know what you mean, but it all depends on the speed and severity of the roll really... I'd rather have a compromised one above my head if the
car flips over slowly than not!

very few dax rushes have the wonky rollbar these days, they either have the 'standard type compromised design' or their fully braced half
full cage type affair.....
