3.92 lsd diff

Could anybody tell me if swapping a lsd out of a 3.62 diff and putting it into my 3.92 is as straight forward as it sounds please???

Cheers in advance.

diffs need setting up, have crush spacers and thrust washers. I am sure you could do it but if it was me I would not like to risk my money.
I would give Andy Bates a call, I know he uses someone to build LSD's with 3.38 crown wheels

Phil at Road and Race Transmissions if you don't fancy doing it yourself.

My diff was a bit of a PITA to remove and if I did it myself and had to take it out again it would've taken a fair chunk of time so I got him to build my diff (with a Quaife ATB).
