Piper Pinto vernier pully spares

Anyone happen to have a damaged piper vernier pully they want rid of, we've stripped one of the inserts in ours, i've mailed piper, but can't imagine they'd sell just an insert

Thanks

What is the insert made of?
How does it fit?
Could you not rethread it with a "threadsert" (a type of helicoil).
Could the part be turned on a lathe or would it need a milling machine

If you post it to me for a pattern I might be able to knock a new insert up on my lathe.
All I would want is a stamped addressed envelope for me to return it to you.

Would be good if you could post a photo of it on here as well.

Regards,
Norm

it's very thin walled, m6 thread, or 6mm fine, with small splines around the outside to lock it into the main body of the pully, would be a bit of a pig to remake
