'Don't confuse this with some crude kit car chasis constructed form odd bits of square section tube.'
I don't know what he means by that.

Kit Car Snobbery......... whatever next
I have seen this car, it is well put together and was in advance of its time and still is in some respects.
It is not a road going vehicle but an out and out race car.
I have seen part built locosts go for less.
I know of the man who previously owned it and stipped this car, a highly skilled engineer, who was tragically murdered in his own home. His name was
Peter Green.
His other car was a BEC Centaur hill climb car, immaculate in all respects.
The thought of shelling out for a dry sumped vauxhall engine will make the wallet wince but...... put a bike engine in this and it will make a superb
hill climb/track car.
Dermot Healy is the current seller and is always likely to give a blunt description of anything he sells.
Look him up on the Monoposto site or Race Cars Direct. Give Dermot a call, if it gets near the end I'm sure he will be open to offers
I have no interest in the sale of this car other than when both cars were made available for me to purchase, including an excellent trailer, I regret
I did not buy them both.
