I was at Anglesey with Apex last month, they're OK. (The owner Mike, has a proper beast of a Westfield V8.)
Unfortunately my car blew it's head gasket during the first session on track at Anglesey, and I'm in the process of fixing it. It's
all back together now, but want to get it checked out on a rolling road to make sure it's all OK.
Having paid out to fix the car, cash is a bit scarce at the moment, but I do fancy this one.. will see how I get on.

I've only done one day with them before (also at Blyton) and it was very well run. They managed to put on a great day and despite half the track
being flooded at the start of the day, I heard no complaints.

Steve
Normally I trailer but not always.
1. If something does go wrong, I can still get home.
2. The tow car gives somewhere to put all my kit; Stuff from the Fury, tools, fuel cans, clothes and food, etc.
3.Tow car is good place to shelter from the rain (anybody remember Cadwell in '09?)
The only times I have driven have been days at Oulton when the weather forcast was good. It's close enough to home to both, be able to get home
without the car and not too bad to have to go back with the trailer to get it later.

That was a cracking day. Sunny, dry but cold. Lots of rice burner type car club members but one of the best disciplined group on track I've
driven with. Think I only had to wait to overtake once or twice all day and only one red flag all day.
Jon managed to break his gear lever then got a new one welded up that was so heavy he had to have the car re-corner weighted afterwards.

Yeah, I hit the sweet spot in that last session... I was getting a few "we want to go home" looks from the marshals though.

100% agree with the comment about driver discipline during the day, excellent way above the norm, great bunch of lads ( and lass's) too, credit
to their club.
Had the car corner weighted on site along with squaring the back axle to chassis & front tracking, well worth doing made a definite noticable
improvement to the car, the set up was done by This guy, too job well
worth the money.
Gear lever, yup it broke, aside from that car ran like a train all day, great day out.

Video HERE from one of the passenger rides I gave. Think I did more
sessions with a passenger than without... hence making the most of the last of my fuel at the end. Think you make a brief appearance Jon, on my cool
down lap.

Did you manage to get a quick nap in? I usually do in Adi's pax seat . Must be his smooth style and being soothed by 14k rpm

Justto clarify, I gave Hobbsy a lift home from Antibes and he slept most of the way, despite my best effort to keep his adrenalin levels up.
He's got some video of it that he might share... one day.

I laughed at that first vid you put up. That blue car you were chasing at the end, (was it a caterham?) desperate to get away from you through the
essses, failed miserably, so dived into the pitlane.
I was at Blyton the day after. It looks like you had the better weather.. it didn't rain much at all on Sunday, but was a bit cold and
miserable.
