BMW 5 series FS - Possible Donor?
Chap who lives accross the road from me knows im interested in cars so wandered over yesterday to let me know he is selling his BMW 523 for
spares/repairs. He says the rad blew and when the garage looked at it, advised him that they werent sure what had caused the blow so couldnt guarantee
that a new rad would fix it. As such he decided to cut his losses and buy something more economic. The car still drives and runs fine, obviously not
for long as it has no water!
I dont know much about it, other than T reg, 523, petrol, manual, green, tax till may, mot till june (maybe?), probably got plenty of miles.
Hes been offered £200 by an online 'we buy your scrap car' sort of place, so hes after that plus what ever he could send the tax back for
(£50ish?). It also half a tank of fuel, gotta be worth £40!
