H4H Sahara Trek Sponsorship Needed
Hi All,
I'm looking into participating in a sponsored trek across the Sahara desert to raise money for the Help 4 Heroes charity.
The target would be for me to raise a minimum of £2,500 hopefully much much more.
I would pay my own costs for registration, training & travel, every penny raised by way of sponsorship would go to the charity.
I'm only posting this thread to get an idea of the kind of support I could possibly get from you all, not asking for any commitment, yet!
I know times are hard for us all, I do however feel inspired by the bravery & resolve of our armed forces.
If I did post a thread once registered, officially asking for sponsorship how many would be prepared to part with £5-10?
Thanks for reading this
Aaron

I'll definately sponsor you. I've seen first hand the facilities h4h provide and without people like you that wouldn't be possible.
Thank you, and good luck!

Thanks Chris & to be fair it's people like you that are prepared to give a little that make the difference, I consider what I intend to do
the easy bit!

You can add me to the list, but in the event you may need to u2u me as I'm not on here often enough to stay up to date.
Cheers

Aaron - I think sadly it is par for the course now... I had cancer last year, and tried to turn my crappy experience into something positive. I asked
for help on here, and I was saddened to see only a very small number supported me (thank you again to those people!).
Good luck with the fundraising, and the event - you can count on my sponsorship, but you will need to remind me!

Thanks Tim, sorry to hear that, I registered about a year ago when I got my chassis but have only been using the site properly for the last couple of
months!
If you decide to do anything in the future, count me in!
I just hoped that with over 35,000 user more than 6 of them would show some sort of interest!
Will sort out coming to see you soon! Think I'm already convinced though gonna stick the big bore blade lump in it! Got an excuse to do a second
one then, for my yank tank!
