New MK owner

Collected my new MK Indy today. After the 2.5hr drive back home I am well pleased with my purchase. The power delivery and handling were excellent.

I did have a bit of a moment when the mat got stuck under the accelerator pedal approaching a roundabout and kept the throttle open after I had taken my foot off the pedal It did show me the cornering capability of the car though First job will be fixing the mat firmly in place.

Really looking forward to driving it again and honing my driving skills. Some of you will recognise it as it's been owned by a few members before. Thanks to Peter who sold it to me. Gave a very thorough and honest appraisal of the car and made the buying experience very easy.

Excellent, welcome to the madness.

I have carpets in my car, they are loose for the length, but the rear edge is sandwiched to the floor by the seats. Prevents the sliding forwards (almost unavoidable when getting in otherwise) but still allows you to lift them and hoover the gravel out!

I'm in uttoxeter (when not in delhi with work) if your then side of leics.

Am based in Hinckley.

Have other commitments this weekend so can't do Blyton. However will be doing a few track days. Am a bit gutted about the situation at Mallory Park as it's just down the road from me.

Go to a photo in your archive, copy the code that starts with [pg] (titled Forum Code) and then paste that into your post.
