Beautiful car, but another bunch of classic car rip-off merchants asking for stupid money.

Have you noticed these people always use the words "coach work" instead of "paint" to reinforce what an exotic and expensive car they are selling?

Heaven forbid they 'Big it up', when it's their job (and livelihood)

I've found excess-honesty ads result in super quick sales. Particularly when you're selling a Passat with 240k on the clock

£5,299.00, a decent price indeed if it's as good it looks

When you see what a decent Fulvia goes for it looks like a decent buy to me.

What difference does that make? You couldn't have won it for £1k.

Check out the prices they are asking for the rest of their stock.

They are more than welcome to "big it up", but you are missing the point. It's the use of ridiculous, nonsensical descriptions that seems to be rife in the Classic car business. "Coach work" doesn't even mean "paint", and doesn't even apply to monocoques so why would you use that description? It's like someone pretending to be from a social class above their own but doing it so badly they make a complete tit of themselves.

+1

Only the misguided love child of Del Boy and Hyacinth Bucket would ever use pretentious terms like that outside a classic car advert.

It makes every difference. The price isnt an 'asking' price, so they cant be 'asking' for stupid money (ignoring their other items that are irelevant to this car).
