I know Jonathon (He races a single seater here in Scotland and I provided him with his next engine for the coming season)
He can do the zx12 ( or any baffle ) once he has a sump to take pattern from, but so far he hasn't had a zx12 to get a pattern from. he would
need your sump to take a copy from...... he can also make billet sumps.
I gave him the R1 engines to take a copy from - its one of mine in his picture
Oh, and fireblade and zx9r baffles should be available soon

Alternative R1 sump Baffle
Hi All,
FYI I have made a laser cut R1 sump baffle that looks almost identical to the one above. It was based on the All-bikes sump baffle (as was Jonathans),
but obviously much better quality than the all bikes item.
I am selling these for £39 incl P+P.
Only difference is that I do not supply a "tulip" as I believe these are not necessary. When engine is hot and oil thin, very little oil is
actually coming from the PRV , vast majority of the oil returns via normal means and through plate. The tulip is therefore of very little value.
I have also not cut the hole for the low oil level sensor as many people remove this for BEC applications. These can be marked out on request for user
to cut out if they wish.
I will post a separate ad later this week with more piccies, for now see below.
e-mail me at progers63@btopenworld.com if interested
Cheers
Paul

I also have one of Jonathon's baffles - great bit of kit . I even decided to get it powder-coated and placed some vinyl graphics on it.
It was a while since I fitted the baffle, but as I recall, even if you remove the oil level sensor from my '99 R1, the sump casting which
surrounds the sensor will still foul the plate and therefore require some sort of hole in the baffle (unless you fancy some grinding!).
