How does the bidding work when there's 40 sets available ?
Does everyone pay the same as the highest bid or what ????

In real life auctions items like paint is usuall put up in lots of 5 or 4 tins.

The actiopnis done for one tin.

The highest bidder gets first choice on how many tins to take.

say he (or she but he is shorter) bids £10 he can have one tin at £10, 2 for £20, 3 for £30, etc.

If there are any tins left in the lot, they are bid for again, useuall biding price starts just below the previous high bid.

As for Ebay, I expect you just make the seller an offer.

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

parcel post doesnt go much past a tenner - 10kgs is about £9, and 20kgs is about £11, so theres not much chance of it costing more than £15 max. i got the leaflet from the PO, if you find the weight i can tell you the quoted postage

Cheers Joel, but I also have the Post Office guide. Parcel force have a weight limit of 20kg ( from June last year ) and parcel2go, 25kg.
Hence why I need the weight of the hubs.
I've now had a mail from the seller who reckons between £25 and £35 to post, was looking for a cheaper option.

These guys are very cheap. Their limit is 40kg within the UK but the website only goes up to 30 kg's. I posted one of my set's of uprights that weighed just over 30 kg's for £11.96 including insurance.
