Its not an Avon, its just got Avon bodywork. Looks like a locost chassis.

If you read the text it says that the car was SVAed, run for 1 year and then stripped down. The Avon stuff is new and hasn't been run on the
road.
It didn't get through SVA without a wiring loom - the old loom was probably removed during the stripdown.

you believe that?! competely stripped after a year? all the old bodywork ditched? the loom chucked?
i bet the v5 says registered earlier, and this car is a clone of an old lost or bent car.
