Do they all have the starter locations on both sides? It would be nice to use one of these but I doubt it would fit in our chassis.

There is a starter position on each side, and yes you can fit them into a book chassis You will need to make up a bracket to hold the clutch cable adjuster, and you will also need to modify a std fork if using it, the rs fork will work as std as it's a narrow jobbie
