I live near Luego and seen all cars and building Velocity XT.
It's a gamble - i'd speak to RustyNuts - he's nearly finished a Viento build - see what the pitfalls are...

Nusty Ruts has a Luego Locost, now on the road.
I am building a viento and its nearly finished.
Bags of room in a Viento for everything... Including me
