Classic mini FS

Relisted on ebay ans piston heads with a staggetring 1650 reserve to get shut of it.

Got to go as its not being used as it should be!

Its worth it to break it and sell the component parts and make a profit, I just dont have the time or the heart to break something i spent so long putting together.

Someone will get a damn good buy here.

I have owned this mini for the last 18 months and have totally stripped it and any inferior parts have been replaced with reconed or new parts where needed.

I have sprent over 3k during this project, it is great fun to drive and always turns heads, it has been dry stored in my garage since completion and i have just not had the time to use it to its full potential, i have covered less than 100 miles in it and i needs ot go so that someone can get the driving pleasure i dont have time to get.

Remember its a 30 year old car so its not perfect but all the work that needed to be done has been done and its got 12 months MOT on it.

It is listed as an 850 on the log book but that can be changed when you change the registered keeper.

Bad points/Jobs to be done

As with every 30 year old car there are some bad points in this case they are MINOR bad points and do not detract from the value of the car.

front fogs need wiring in

Rear spot needs wiring in

Passengers seat has small cut in it (see last picture where black tape is)

Rev counder needs wiring in correctly (its a bit erratic!)

New battery required. lost its ability to hold a charge because its been stood for so long, once fired up it runs fine.

break it ?

v strange, to me it's underpriced. I've seen classic mini's up here going for over 5k and they had rust on them. Don't undervalue your work, that's one smart looking car.

Have you listed it on any of the mini forums? Someone will snap your hand off (and it would be me if I didn't already have a surplus of cars!).
