Too late Mr Whippy already suffering from flashbacks and daymares

too be honest though it was much more down to my lack of experience with electrickery than anytghing else. The more I work on it, the more I can't understand why I had so much trouble.

Scrub the last bit, without the patience of fellow builders I'd be sat in the corner of my garage rocking backward and forward eating my crimping pliers

Basically in a nut sheel I have a Vicky Green loom and no electrical know how. to say the loom is unfriendly to use for a novice of the dark arts of electrickery around the steering column is an understatement.

Actually I was quite impressed you sorted it as I would have lost patience long ago and binned it by now

I have built two 7's with them and they have both worked well. Might not be simple but it is not really hard either and they are very good value for money.

i'm with steve here.

not bad value and reasonably easy.

it could do with a proper description of what all the pins on the column stalks do and also a schematic of the loom that is correct there are a few errors.

this electrical moron managed to get his car wired and working with the help of the guys here.

and it's not a pile of smoking glass fibre yet

Whats all the fuss about? Use the wiring that came with the donor, all circuits set and no need to scratch you head over the column connections!

Dead easy

Steve
