I wish you hadn't posted that
I used to have one very similar to that.
Loved that car
Had to sell it to buy a house. Still regret doing that

And now's your chance to put it right!
It is a great car and much overlooked, but I just don't use it enough, especially as I now walk to work. I'm sure I'll regret it
when it goes

Shame its an auto.
I had one - same age and colour (inc leather) but with knocking on 370bhp
Definitely quicker than the Fury once over the ton.

Lovely motor. I very, very nearly bought one once, and to this day I wish I had (rather than the Hilux I bought instead). It's so much better
looking than the S14. One of the best cars Nissan made IMHO. Standard gearbox is good to handle over 400 BHP!

Thats a really nice looking example almost the spec i was looking for but would just have to be a manual though. I hope you dont mind me hi jacking
the thread a bit but what are they like to live with, things that go wrong, maintenance costs etc?

I sold my 200sx to fund building my Kitcar. i loved it to bits, and had it for 5 1/2 years, but i was ready for a change. Luckily one of my mates
bought it off me, so i still get to have a go in it

Good to see there's a few fans out there!
The S14a is the one that I'd go for everytime. Everyone mistakes it, from the front especially, as a skyline. It's nice when I tell
'em what it is and they've never heard of one!
Living with it's been fine, regular servicing like any turbo car but other then that it's never missed a beat in 2 years. Good old Nissan
reliability! Things don't really tend to go wrong unless you modify them and just concentrate on power gains rather then reliability. Just
regular servicing to keep 'em healthy.
It makes a great tourer, but I work less then a mile from home now and it's just sitting on the drive a lot of the days, which is a big waste.
I was looking for a manual for a long while but nice ones are few and far between. Thought I'd have a go in an auto before I made any decisions
and I was pleasantly suprised. I gotta say that unless you intend to drift it or drive everywhere at 100% the autobox is great! 4 gears plus a lock up
clutch, so it's like 5th, better midrange then the manuals, plus obviously it's very easy to drive. It's very relaxing wafting
around in a powerful auto.
Davey D, that looks sweet! Proper drift stylee!
