Really can't be bothered to be quite honest with you, just want to get it ready asap!
well going the paddle way is just as easy as the normal way.
where is your brake adjustment valve
attatched to the driver side footwell, near your clutch foot(other side obviously) how much did your paddle cost to do ox?

have you got a pic? is it just the lever or the whole mech'?
Just the lever, but the mechanics to it is just as easy as a normal stick.

Go on Kev go with the paddle!
Think i have the shifter cable i was goner use still, if i can find it.
But as ox says, the brake switch will be in the way for a normal mech shifter.
Would be more positive using a push rod setup for a paddle shift, the cable way has been done before, but might be a bit sloppy in operation.
As Delboy always said......" You know it makes sense"
One thing to bear in mind though, is that if you decide to go the paddleshift route, you'll have to do away with the stalks on the Sierra column
which will mean finding an alternative way to operate indicators and lights
Not too difficult to do, just means more switches on the dash. Indicator issue might also be a PITA.
stalks have already gone and got a switch already wired in for the indicators so not a prob, any one know what stops the paddle shift bit floating around?
yep the rest of the mechanism and rose joints
it all comes together when you see it and as you do it
why do the sierra stalks have to be removed?
Doing a paddle shift myself
? where is the best place to get the rose joints from any ideas??
Cheers
