For my brake setup I am looking at the Dynapro radial mount calipers. However, these start at 0.81" thickness, so vented rotors. On my car they would be a bit overkill (weight wise).

Alternatives of the same width are the scalloped discs (1kg lighter) or the drilled ones. Are any of you using those kind of discs? Any real drawbacks?
