If it's 4.5kW power input at 240V won't it need 18.75 amps to run it?
You might have to run it off a dedicated supply.

Worth looking into before you part with your hard-earned.

Looks similar to the Clarke range, but no, I haven't tried/bought one so can't comment beond that.
On the power front, the Clarke range are all single phase 230V, 5.4-5.7kW. I already have a separate supply for the compressor and the plasma cutter, I'd expect to have to run yet another one if I ran this.
I am looking at a TIG though, but a fully capable AC/DC machine. Still well over 1K quid required, despite Chinese attention, so I'll wait a bit longer

No idea, it does have an on/off button on the side of the gun though.
