Just picked myself up a compressor along with a few bits and pieces..
they didnt have the circular chop saw that I wanted though
I have a query though... do I NEED to buy the regulator/oiler thingy or is there one built onto the compressor?
There's a regulator built into one of the sockets (the other is unregulated). You will still need to oil the tools (most come with an inline oiler anyway, or just lube before use), you'll get some oil mist from the oil in the compressor but not enough for the tools. If you're going to spray with it you'll obviously need to filter the air to get rid of oil / water vapour....
I bought one of those oilers/filters last time they had 'em, and I ended up taking it back. I sprayed more oil out of the lid than anywhere else.... I have most of the ait tools now, and they are all great for the money!
Tegwin,
Which one did you visit? They had some in the Droitwich store yesterday as the other half got me one. Do you want me to pick one up for you?

Would be pretty handy.. but im not sure how I would get it off you...So I will pass on your kind offer.
I went to Cheltenham
If I have time I will pop into the ALDI in worcester and see if they have one there...Shame they didnt have a rivet gun on offer :-)
No worries. If you dont have any joy, let me know. I work in Worcester so you could pick it up from there.
As for the rivet gun, know what you mean. I wouldn't mind one too
p.s. Pete - I think he is on about the cut off attachment
I got the cut off saw from my local one along with the compressor yesterday. They had some left i can get one for you and post it on if its any
use.
As already said just put a squirt of oil down the tool before you use it. If your gonna spray youl probably need a moisture trap.
Had my compressor running earlier to try it out. I wound the switch regulator up so it kicks in earlier and runs little higher pressure. Nice thing.
The ordef rom for parts is from wolfe so must be a wolfe compressor painted blue.
