It is dependant on heat and moisture. So it will cure quicker on a warm damp evening! It should stiffen up in a matter of minutes, and fully cure in 24hrs....

When I started building my car it was the middle of winter and most weekends it was between 2 and -2, but by the next morning all of the bits that had been Sikaflex'd the previous day where solid....hope that helps

to things you want to stick too long.

to things you dont ( hands, hair, clothes, dogs, shoes and the real important one carpet ) the time is nan-o-seconds.

Here speaks the voice of experience

It took 3 days for my wheel arches to set onto the wing stays. They were thick beads though. A thin smear on your fingers? About 2 seconds until it won't ever come off.

if you get any on your hands etc just rub with paper role with white spirits on it, comes straight off.

I guess the super high humidity of this area where I live doesn't help, but mine has always taken a full week to cure. Except the part that ends up on your hands. That hardens up fast and as said, doesn't want to come off.
