hi all, i have a 150lt air compressor, but the air compressor pump, is broken past repair now, so where is the best place to get a cheap air compressor pump?

or my mate has been telling me to use a car air con pump, because he reckons it pumps up to 25cfm out is this ture?

if not what do they pump out?

Theres no way an A/C compressor puts out 25 CFM as said Machine Marts the place.

If it's that old that the pump is badly worn what sort of condition is the receiver in ? Might be worth getting it checked?

maybe buy a new complete unit and use the tank for additional volume.
