Vw pd tdi cam belt locking tool

Guys, I am hoping to change the cam belt on my 2003 passat with the 130 brake engine Diesel engine ,code AVF.

Does anyone out there have a set of locking tools I could borrow/hire? I can of course paypal a suitable deposit to secure their return?
