Chisel Sharpening tools

I have a few sets of woodworking chisels and they have a tendency to be abused and then need resharpened which normally involves reshaping them with a bench grinder and then hours with an oil stone.

Has anyone used these sort of things before? Im looking for an intermediate step in the process to reduce the time spent with the oil stone.
