my bolts are sae grade 5 1/2" unf and they hold the wishbones to the chassis. torque tables online state a guided value of between 98NM and 112NM. now i've been using anti seize so i have it in mind to reduce the torque value by 10% to compensate. Am i on the right track?

You should be using Grade 8 bolts as a minimum.

SAE grade 5 on imperial bolts is the equivalent to 8.8 on the ISO metric scale. (85000psi proof load or 120000psi tensile).

Simple rule of thumb..................
If it snaps , slacken off half a turn
If it strips , slacken off a quarter turn
