HI Guys,
i want to build myself a tube roller to get some nice flowing curves in tubing that cant easily be bent otherwise. Just one of those with 3 rollers
(dies?) with the center one adjustable so you can make several passes increasing the depth of the middle die to former tighter radius.
Anyone know of any plans to make one? or know of any going cheap?
Cheers
Mikkel
Hi
There is a thread on here somewhere on a Ariel Atom style build. I think that had a homebuilt tube roller build in it.
Can't remember the name sorry.
Nigel

Cheers Guys,
LocoR1's does look good.
Was hoping there might be something out there with detailed plans i could copy?
I looked but never found any plans, mine was inspired by the one cloudy on here built to build the warner R4
Do a search using James's user name cloudy or have a look though his build thread warner R4
Cheers for the coments on mine
Dave.
Thanks Dave,
I will have a look cloudys post and see what i can find
I'm fairly sure Rorty used to do some downloadable plans for a tube bender. They weren't free but relatively cheap.
Have a look at rorty-design.com
John.
i saw the rorty one but the link on the website wouldnt work
Search through AlanB's posts, he had pics of the roller he made up using a vice.
Cheers,
Nev.
