As title, how do you remove the front pulley? I need to remove the pulley cover, as I need to replace the mains cable to the switch on the front of the machine, I have undone the securing nut L/H thread but I can't shift the pulley any ideas?

On my old clarke drill , both the pulleys just lifted off, so it was easy to change the belt, as they were both on D shaped spindles

so maybe a light tap with a hammer ?
