Been Thinking about getting one of these for about 10 years now. Anyone have any recommendations or advice?

I'd be interested in this too, I have an Eezi-bleed, but I've never got on with it. We usually end up doing it the old fashioned 2-person way

I wouldn't buy from that ebay seller though, his feedback is crap for the last few weeks.
All his feedback is "private" too so you can't see what products people are complaining about

i had one of them,it was rubbish,all you need is an air leak around the nipple and it wont work

that was just a random ebay ad for the pic i hadn't even looked at the feedback

It works great as long as you put a turn or 2 of PTFE on the bleed nipple before you start. It makes it really easy to fill new lines. Much better than an easy bleed.

we have one of the ones you connect to the compressor and it works really well but like someone said above if you have an air leak you will be bleeding forever so all i did was pull the bleed nipples out smear some grease on the threads and it worked a treat

The best way to get vacumuum bleeders to work is loads of Castrol-Girling Red Brake Rubber Grease on the Nipple threads.

Pressure bleeders work better.

I had a similar but arguably better system which connected to the airline but I didnt ever really like it either, for years I have now just used the old fashioned way but recently had to buy an eezibleed to do the kit car as the wife doesnt fit in it and the kids weren't following order right!

On tin tops with normal brake hoses I use a hose clamp to control the fluid flow rather than having to rush to close the nipple.

I use a split tube bleeder to do my brakes by myself. I put the end in a plastic bottle with some fluid in and pump the pedal then check the master cylinder and look for bubbles in the fluid. It always seems to work and cost about £2.

Over the years I have used various methods of bleeding brakes and clutch systems including vacuum , pressure , pumping and even reverse bleeding on one occasion. IMHO pressure bleeders are by far and away the best method, even an Easibleed works well IF it is used correctly
