Wish I had one of these when I did the brake pipes!

Nifty - that would make the job so much neater
Clever but expensive, especially for what really can be done by hand if your careful/patient.
The totalkitcar site also has the figures mixed up as its £25.10, not £21.50! Plus £6 postage!

We've been using something very similar for years on pyro cable.
Personally, I just roll pipe off the roll into a bit of angle iron to get it straight.
quite a neat design, and for £30 odd quid, you wouldn't want to make it for that !!!!................................Chinese copies will be available soon at £2.99 patent or not
Get a bit of 2 x 4, put a hole through it just a bit larger than the pipe, then get a mate to feed it while you pull it through. The pipe will come out straight.
So once you get it straight you have to bend it to fit to the car, what's the point of getting it dead straight in the first place. It's
never been an issue for me as long as it goes in the clips and holds in place. I could see it being useful for microbore plumbing though, not that I
ever do any.
