Evening all,
I need to cover some gelcoat with a hard wearing black coating. It wont be seen and I dont want to prime and paint with standard type paint. Would
something like underseal or bed liner stick? It needs to dry to a hard durable finish.
Many thanks
Kenton.
I've used black primer on the inside of fibreglass panels. Looked good and never came off.
Its the front smooth surface i need to cover.
rough up the gel coat with coarse grade emery cloth, then brush on hammerite satin black from a tin.
