Lidl Parkside mains electric Impact Wrench £29.99
I was looking at these today and almost bought one.
Anyone got one? Any recommendations? Seems to cheap to be any good.

Was thinking the same myself on Wednesday when I was in Lidl. My experience of Lidl tools generally is not bad

i got one with their compressor, not an earth mover but does the job, just check the torque of wheel nuts etc afterwards
I was thinking of popping out to get one, worth a punt at that price I reckon, but an impact driver isn't listed on the Lidl website under the current offer (https://www.lidl.co.uk/en/Non-Food-Offers.htm?id=589&week=1). Did they have a stack of them or was it just a single one?

Cheers, I dropped by the one in Colchester and picked one up. They are also selling a 25 mtr extension cable with an 'outdoor' socket for £18 so I picked up one of those too.
One of the lads at work has a lidl one and i have a Aldi one both seam to be good
Also i was looking at a sealy book and the aldi one is exactly the same

Come on then. Whats it like? Has every car in your street now lost its wheels?
Seriously, if you tighten a wheel nut to 120 ft lb with a torque wrench will the gun undo it?
Sitting on the edge of my seat awaiting reply. Paul G

I don't have a torque wrench to tighten first (all I've done so far is take stuff apart for my build!) but I have just buzzed the wheel nuts of my Sierra no problem. The real test will be next week when the 41mm socket turns up and I try to undo the 280lb/ft hub nuts :-)
There's always the 'jumping on the breaker bar' technique, it's been a while since I broke any tools...
And yes, one of the hub nuts will be left-hand thread... bugger...

What makes you say that? I ve never come across a LH hub nut, usually have a mechanical system such as split pin, deformable nut to stop it undoing.
Different story on bike drive train.

I've read quite a few things saying the Sierra hub nuts are handed - E.g. http://www.locostbuilders.co.uk/viewthread.php?tid=209260 and https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&f=30&t=735383
And I don't think there's a split pin (or a hole to put one through) on the Sierra driveshafts I have - but I will take a closer look when next in the garage....
