Electric right angled drill?
the_fbi - 12/3/06 at 11:00 AM

I should really just get a compressor then I could pick up any of the £20 right angled air drills which are as common as ....

But, as I don't have a compressor, whats the best value for money compact right angled electric, either cordless or corded, drill?

I've got a small rightangled adaptor but I need something smaller to get into tight spaces.

eBay doesn't appear to throw up any goodies

I have got an adaptor as well. I saw some of the plastic bodies ones, but went for a metal-bodied one which was a bit pricey (£30) but good and solid.

As I see it, the main problem is that you are limited by the length of the drill bit you use, as much as anything else.

Must admit I haven't seen a whole separate right-angled drill, only the adaptors

phew they're expensive -
I needed one of these the other week & was looking for an old chuck so I could turn up an adapter to fit it on my £9 aldi angle grinder!
But I couldn't find one so I used a dremel instead - took ages & trashed4 of those little stones on sticks. (it was a rivnut hole & the engine was in the way. . . )
