Aluminium repair rods, reported to be easier than Lumiweld etc. No brushing required, will weld almost all types of ally.
Expensive though!

Used Lumiweld years ago with no problems to repair a lug on a bike frame. If it's easier than that it should be no problem with a decent blowlamp.
