I have the same device under a different name and it is remarkably accurate for caster/camber readings.
One thing you need to be sure of is to have the car on a level surface and have good points to attach the device. I use chalklines drawn with a
common protractor to get my 40 degrees of wheel rotation for caster measurements.
Getting a really good alignment means comparing the rear wheels to the front, so some more string and level work is needed to make those measurements.
The final tool needed is some sort of toe gauge. You can make one of those out of lumber and nails or pipe.
Just bought an "Angle guage for body / panel alignment" for £6.00 on eBay - item no. 170031677311. Worth a punt and combined with the instructs. on Sealey's Auto service site I reckon I should be able to get it pretty accurate. Cheers, Pewe.
