I think he just means American welders .

I apologise to all our American colleagues for reading this, I don't follow his reasoning for publishing the site at all. Apart from saying how stupid he and all welders are there is no point to it at all.

Since when did grinding a weld produce swarf that can stick into you?
The only manual dexterity demonstrated by this guy must be when he watches porn, on his own!
