i use this place on ebay quite a bit, it has free postage on most items as well which is always a bonus.

the shop is called Aruncas

p&p might be a bit rich from www.nutsandbolts.com plus the import duty!!

BTW nutsandbolts.co.uk is no good either.

Another vote for namrick here.

If you want bigger quantities then Fastfix Direct are good. I've also used AHC Camberley a few times, probably not the cheapest but they're fairly local to me so I can pop in, and they're a funny bunch of nutters

them and lidl are the only places you need to know

I buy a lot of A2 and A4 Stainless fixings from screwfix, and theyre pretty good.

Only thing with Stainless though is that you have to be careful if youre going to use a Stainless nut with a Stainless bolt, as they CAN seize due to surface gaulling.

Therefore I tend to use BZP nuts with A2/A4 bolts. Dont get any rust problems that way.

I usually (i.e. when I remember) put a smear of copper grease on stainless nuts & bolts - avoids this problem.

wow, i like the orbital website... very easy, related products so you can find the right nuts and washers...

all quick and a good price...

thats an excellent site!

matt_gsxr - 10/6/07 at 10:28 PM

agreed, good site, good prices.

They quote for 100's but you can buy 1's and 2's

Are they any good in real life?

saigonij - 11/6/07 at 07:11 AM

not sure yet, ill let you know when the stuff arrives.

as you said, they allow you to buy any number, and the prices are good, much better than my local rip off motor factors who never seem to stock anything relevent.

the only bummer is the postage, you can choose a postage less than next day at £7

saigonij - 13/6/07 at 07:21 AM

stuff arrived and everything was spot on. i cant recomend them enough.
