A tad low on power for my liking.
Machine mart will do a 150 amp set for not a lot more money.
Ronnie
well for welding a chassis it's fine but you will have to let it cool down between runs. Seems a bit basic with just 4 power settings and that
power is borderline, at max you'll be pushing it hard.
It all depends on what your going to be doing with it, I've fried three that size already and am now using something much bigger.
^ clarke 151te, got one last year, cracking machine. can't really comment on wolf welders
my old clark 135 was just fine for welding chassis tubes, it can do thicker plates but penetration suffers as size goes up. Good price though assuming
it isnt total crap (which it might be to be fair
)
Wouldn`t buy it. Clarke are better at that level.
Alex
just had a look at it, i don't think i would get the wolf one. not heard anything about wolf welders (take that whichever way you want
) as
said before, a bit low on power maybe, but...
doesn't include welding wire, or probably co2, or a mask (the free ones are crap anyway) wouldn't cost too much to get these, but its all in
the details.
